Minimum Requirements –
- 12th class pass
- Age – 25 Years to 40 years.
- Have Minimum Work Experience
- Hard Worker
Responsibilities –
- Operating Machinery: Operate several different types of machinery, including tractors, irrigation equipment, and harvesters.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair equipment when it breaks down and perform routine maintenance to identify problems before they escalate. Maintain the farm’s facilities, infrastructure, and machinery, including cleaning stables and barnyards.
- Harvesting: Harvest vegetables by hand and check every item to ensure it meets farm’s standards. Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops before harvesting.
- Livestock Care: Herd cattle and take them to nearby pasture for grazing; maintain a vigilant eye to make sure none of the animals wander off. Feed livestock and poultry. Assist livestock during calving season if necessary.
- Crop and Animal Health: Apply chemical solutions to plants to ward off insects and other pests. Ensure the environment is safe for animals and detect any diseases or health problems with livestock and poultry.
- Communication: Maintain communications with clients to keep them in the loop when a shipment is going to be delivered.
Terms and Conditions:
